PROJECT SUMMARY

We love a good solution to an annoying problem. And if you’ve ever cooked anything on a kettle smoker you’ll be familiar with this one. Spiked heat: The fear of every smoking enthusiast out there. The problem with most kettle smokers is that you basically have to disassemble the entire smoker to reload chips for longer smoke times; spiking the heat, cooling the meat and causing an unnecessary mess. The Smokin’ Chute system was created by Big Green Egger, Cory Baird, to make life with a kettle smoker a hell of a lot easier.

Cory came to us with a patent and a prototype and we took it from there. We took the idea of the Smokin’ Chute and developed a cohesive brand identity that stands out in the current marketplace and works across digital and printed media. Consulted on packaging design and worked with manufacturer to create product specific packaging for both direct-to-customer and wholesale options. Developed and designed Shopify-based website to fully integrate with Facebook, Instagram and Google Shops. Managed launch of digital presence on social media platforms.
