PROJECT SUMMARY

For the Velencia Apartments project, we had the chance to create a vibrant brand that represents modern living and a sense of community. Located in a historic Tulsa neighborhood, the goal of the owners was to preserve the original 1930’s design and character, yet redefine the space with open floorplans and a touch of modern luxury. We started by designing a unique logo that captures the feeling of urban style and comfort.

The website was carefully designed to showcase the apartments’ unique features, offering a welcoming online experience for future residents. Integration with their third-party rental platform allows a seamless experience when shopping for available apartments. Potential residents are encouraged to contact the team with a prominent call to action stating, “Live Bold, Apply Now”. A custom map was designed to highlight points of interest around the apartments.

We also created an engaging pitch deck that clearly conveys the vision and values of Velencia Apartments to attract investors and partners. Every element of the branding was intentionally crafted to establish a unified identity that connects with the brand vision and stands out in a competitive market.
